NOTE: Before you decide to return an item, please submit a merchandise change request to Customer Service at and our service team will get back to you.


How To Return

Step 1: To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via our service team will get back to you (Monday To Friday From 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m.)

Step 2: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return request.

Step 3:  After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product refund after we get your returning parcel.

We accept a 14-day unconditional refund and return.

Return can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items.

If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.

To be eligible, please make sure that.

  1. The product is in its original packaging
  2. The product isn't used or damaged
  3. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

Remember to leave a message on the package: "Do Not Deliver on the weekend"
*Please write down the exact address then send the carrier information and the express checking number to us, if not, cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
